Every Insanity workout will challenge your stability, make you faster, and develop a more agile, coordinated and powerful body. YOBARRE (Barre/Yoga) is a creative fusion of both Yoga and Barre. We’ve combined Yoga Flow and foundational elements of ballet to deliver an exceptional full body workout.
A Unique Yoga & Pilates Blend
YOPILA (Yoga & Pilates) is a unique blend of Yoga and Pilates. Traditionally, yoga is known for improving flexibility and promoting relaxation by uniting the mind, body, and spirit. While pilates also improves flexibility, it focuses on muscular strength and endurance, while emphasizing proper postural alignment and core strength. This full-body class will improve your mood, flexibility, and strength.

WERQ is nonstop with repetitive athletic moves and fresh dance steps, so you get the best sweat. WERQ Instructors build a playlist based on trendsetting pop and hip hop music. Each week a couple new routines are introduced, so you get to WERQ the routines you know and challenge yourself with ones you’re learning.
Relieve heavy thoughts, stresses, anxieties, aches, & pains.
This is a gentle, 60-minute class that provides support and healing for all ages. As we begin our evening we will fall into a meditative state through connection to our breath while embracing the natural flow of our mind. Throughout the evening, we will relax and restore by gently melting our bodies into poses supported by our props. This class is great to relieve heavy thoughts, stresses, anxieties, aches & pains, and for anyone who needs a little rest and relaxation. All levels welcome.

Get Creative With Your Yoga.
In aerial yoga we will flow through various poses and finish in the comfy cocoon that is savasana. No previous experience is required & a lot of the moves we will flow through can be either done in the air or on the ground. Aerial yoga is a unique form of yoga that is fun and great for strengthening & stretching. Please note that in order to participate you must remove ALL jewelry, must not wear clothing with zippers or sharp studs on and not have long fingernails. Get creative with your yoga!
