What kind of shoes do I wear?
Cross trainers, any flat/flexible shoe, grip socks or bare feet for non-yoga classes. No running shoes are permitted in the studio.
Do I need to reserve a class?
Yes. All classes require you reserve your spot ahead of time. Walk-ins will only be taken if room is available.
I can't come to a class I reserved, what do I do?
How do I cancel my membership?
Contact us to cancel. Membership cancellations are due at least 1 week prior to upcoming autodraft.
