Join Bethany Roley Certified Health Coach & Megan Routson RYT in this workshop to learn practical techniques to find balance and inner peace through the breath (pranayama), movement (Asana,), meditation and creative journaling. We will talk about anxiety triggers and explore different mindful ways to learn to manage your anxiety.
This workshop is open to anyone who is looking for various holistic modalities to manage stress, overwhelm, anxiety, and depression. Learn practical tools you can use daily to help you manage and wind down from any type of stress!
