About the Event
Pole fitness is a great way to gain strength, confidence and new friends! In this beginner pole fitness workshop we will focus on learning spins, holds and dance moves on and around the pole. Please note that you should wear shorts, remove all body jewelry and do not apply lotion/moisturiser with 24 hours of workshop.
About the instructor:
The Aerial Nomad, Allyson, has performed, competed, and taught aerial arts including aerial silks, aerial yoga, lyra (hoop), and pole fitness regionally and internationally. She has competed at Miss Pole Dance UK Amateur, Northern Pole Princess Semi-Pro & Pole Performance competition in the UK.
She is passionate about sharing her knowledge and experience teaching weekly classes in Georgia and South Carolina as well as leading various workshops and masterclasses throughout the region.
