 Let's get inverted!!

Just the mention of flipping upside down can elicit a range of emotions: bewilderment, anxiety, butterflies,  fear, excitment, etc.  Purposely upending ourseves is contrary to our nature, but there are so many benefits to it.  

During this 3 class series we will be guided through practices that prepare our minds and bodies for inversions.  Building strength in our core, opening our shoulders, while increasing flexibility in our hamstrings, and developong confidence in our bodies. We will learn and experience a variety of inversions appropriate for all ability levels, discuss the many benefits of having a consistent practice that includes inversions, and the medical considerations to be aware of.
