About the Event
Meditation is a practice where when using different techniques - such as mindfulness - you reach a state of mental clarity and emotional stability. The goal of meditation is to go beyond the mind and experience peace, happiness and bliss.
Join Lauren at Good Vibes while we learn how to quiet our minds chatter and be still. Our meditation workshop will introduce you to different techniques you can use to truly relax while meditating.
We will start by learning to “sit comfortably” and then dive into some breathing exercises to help achieve mental clarity. Then we will discuss different techniques, try them together and discuss insights you found while meditating.
Treat yourself to this practice and see what can open up in you! All ages are welcome! Bring a pillow or bolster and a mat
