About the Event
Do you have a foam roller laying around your house and no clue how to use it? Do you suffer from tension headaches, sore and achy muscles, tight back, shoulders or hips? Do you spend a lot of time sitting at a desk?
Join us Sunday, November 21 at 2:00 PM for a mobility workshop! Through use of various tools such as a foam roller, straps, and tennis balls you will learn how to effectively use them to release muscle tension and increase range of motion, flexibility, and mobility.
This is a much needed workshop for athletes, recreational runners, cyclists, weekend warriors, as well as those who sit most of the day behind a desk or anyone who suffers from tight muscles or neck and back pain.
Please bring your own mat and foam roller. Price is $30- spots are limited!
