Join Bethany Roley Certified Health Coach  & Megan Routson RYT in this virtual option of our live workshop to learn practical techniques to find balance and inner peace through the breath (pranayama), movement (Asana,), meditation and creative journaling.  This workshop is open to anyone who is looking for various holistic modalities to manage stress, overwhelm, anxiety, and depression. Learn practical tools you can use daily  to help you manage and wind down from any type of stress!
